LIMITED SERVICE GROUP DISCOUNT

10% Limited Service Group discount for 12 or more guests. Only available in Lodge Cabins. Standard Payment Policy applies, full payment due at time of booking. Limited Service Outdoor Affiliated Groups  with a valid Tax Exemption Certificate (i.e. Boy/Girl Scouts) receive a flat rate of $40 per guest. Only available in Lodge Cabins. Standard Payment Policy applies, full payment due at time of booking.

We are unable to offer discounts on full-service groups.

WEDDINGS

Experience the serenity of Charit Creek Lodge,  a unique and romantic setting for a memorable and rustic wedding. Our intimate lodge offers outstanding personal service, while immersed in a natural setting.

Our weddings include overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests, including dinner and breakfast. We can accommodate an additional 20 guests for meals (60 guests max for meals). For an overflow of guests (beyond the 40 lodging guests). Tent camping is available within a short walk of the lodge.  Wedding ceremonies are held on site and can be officiated by lodge staff for $100.   Wedding cakes are not available for purchase at this time.

Weddings - Flat rate of $5,000 per night  (Up to 40 lodging guests, including breakfast and dinner)

Additional Meals Packages, Includes Breakfast & Dinner (Sold in Groups of 10) - $500

Beverages (Sold in Groups of 10)

Beer - $40

Wine (White or Red) - $60

Due to park regulations we are not allowed to transport guests of any kind.  All guests must hike, bike or horse back to the lodge (no exceptions).

Payment policy for Private Events is 50% deposit to reserve and 50% due prior to check-in. Cancellation/Re-Scheduling Policies remain the same as a standard booking.
