ACCOMMODATIONS


The lodge is made up of 5 cabins:  2 attached lodge cabins, 2 detached field cabins & the detached corn crib.  We also have 4 rooms at the horse barn.

Our policy is group booking (one or more equals a group).  Individual billing is not available.  Arrange payments within your group and have your group leader make your reservation using our online reservation system as a complete group.

You may NOT book multiple cabins for groups of 8 or less.  Please use 1 cabin for groups of 8 or less to leave availability for other guests. Charit Creek Lodge is a communal experience, with private accommodations for your group.  We are not set up nor able to operate by splitting your group across multiple cabins.

~ There is a 2 person minimum for the attached Lodge Cabins on Friday & Saturday Nights ~

~ There is a 4 person minimum for the detached Field Cabins on Friday & Saturday Nights ~

~ There is a 2 person minimum for the Corn Crib ~

FULL SERVICE

Full Service accommodations include: bed linens, dinner and breakfast, restroom & shower facilities. Toiletries and towels are not provided.

Adult (over 12 years)

All cabins at main lodge - $130/guest/night

Rooms at the horse stables - $130/guest/night

Children (8-11yo) - $80/guest/night

Children (3-7yo) - $55/guest/night

Little Ones (0-2) - Stay Free!

 Dogs - $10/dog/night

LIMITED SERVICE

Limited Service guests provide their own food, toiletries, and towels.  Accommodations include: bed linens, restroom & shower facilities. A propane stove, cooler and utensils are available. Due to the remoteness of our lodge refrigeration is not available.  Limited Service is available in both lodge cabins.

 FACILITY USE  

Available for individuals (campers/hikers) visiting the park who would like use of trash, sink with potable water, shower and restroom facilities.

Backcountry permits are required for all visitors who will camp in the backcountry for one or more nights. Backcountry permits may be obtained at one of the visitor centers or online. Proof of backcountry permit or Pay.gov tracking ID number is required for overnight camping at Charit Creek Lodge. Information on backcountry permits can be found here and can be purchased here.

FACILITY USE WITH MEALS

Available for individuals (campers/hikers) visiting the park who would like use of trash, sink with potable water, shower and restroom facilities with the addition of dinner & breakfast. More information about meals can be found on our Come Prepared page under Meals.

$60/guest/day

Backcountry permits are required for all visitors who will camp in the backcountry for one or more nights. Backcountry permits may be obtained at one of the visitor centers or online. HORSE STABLING

Accommodations include: stall, hay, shavings, buckets and access to a water hose. Stables must be cleaned before checkout. Dirty stalls will result in an additional $25 fee per stall. (A current negative Coggins test is required)

Stalls (10x10) - $25/horse/night

Round Pen - $12.50/horse/night

(Full pellet grain/molasses free feed only, due to the bear population.)


FOOD & BEVERAGE

PREMIUM TRAIL LUNCH - $15

Available for all visitors.  Lunch will include: sandwich or wrap, chips, trail mix, energy bar & drink.  Lunch must be ordered 2 days in advance (or upon availability with out advanced notice) and will be served in a brown bag ready for the trail or a rocking chair.

WINE - $8

House Wine - our house red, white or bubbly wine, available by the glass between 5-9 p.m. (ID Required).

BEER - $5

Craft beer available between 5-9 p.m. (ID Required).

CAKES - $25  (Dinner Only)

Homemade full cakes or pies are available by request with 3 day advance notice.  


LODGE EXTRAS

CAMP FIRE WOOD - $8

Campfire wood (to be used in fire pits) is for sale by the bundle. 

TOWEL SERVICE - $5

Premium extra large bath towels available for shower facilities.

GROUP RATES & PRIVATE PARTIES

Family outings, corporate retreats, church groups, boy scouts, reunions, special events and weddings are available.  No discounts are available for FULL SERVICE groups. For pricing visit our Group Rates Page.

Gift certificates are available for purchase here. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
