LIMITED SERVICE GROUP DISCOUNT

10% Limited Service Group discount for 12 or more guests.  Only available in Lodge Cabins.  Standard Payment Policy applies, full payment due at time of booking. 

OUTDOOR AFFILIATED GROUP DISCOUNT

Limited Service Outdoor Affiliated Groups  with a valid Tax Exemption Certificate (i.e. Boy/Girl Scouts) receive a flat rate of $32 per guest.  Only available in Lodge Cabins.  Standard Payment Policy applies, full payment due at time of booking.

PRIVATE LODGE EVENTS

Private Lodge Parties are designated specifically for your group.  All cabins, dining room, outdoor areas and restroom/shower facilities will be reserved for your EVENT ONLY!

Full Service - Flat rate of $3,600 per night.  Maximum of 40 guests.

Limited Service  - Flat rate of $1,800 per night. Maximum of 45 guests.

Weddings - Flat rate of $4,200 per night.  Maximum of 40 guests.  (Gratuity is NOT included).

Payment policy for Private Events is 50% deposit to reserve and 50% due prior to check-in.  Cancellation/Re-Scheduling Policies remain the same as a standard booking.
